GUARANTEE

We offer a 2 day guarantee on our standard polish manicures and a 7 day guarantee on our gel polish manicures. Should your nails chip/break within this time frame, we will fix them free of charge. 

Anything outside this time frame will be down to Manager's discretion.
 

APPOINTMENTS/WALK INS

Although we highly recommend appointments, we do accept walk in clients depending on our availability. Appointments are made to provide convenience to your busy schedule & to help us run smoothly. 

However, frequent “NO SHOWS” may force us to no longer honour your appointment requests.

If you are unable to make your upcoming appointment please inform us at least 24hrs in advance.
 

RUNNING LATE?

Please note we allow a 10-15 min grace period for appointments. ( Depending on treatment )
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as as soon as you can, otherwise your appointment may be subject to a cancellation & your treatments will have to be amended.
Please contact us at least 24hrs in advance if you need to modify/cancel your appointment.

We reserve the rights to cancel without notice after 15 mins of no-show.

NAIL DESIGNS

Like any other services, if you are interested in Nail Art you must mention this service when booking your appointment. All Custom nail design appointments are subject to approval. We will try our best to fulfil but designs are not guaranteed to look identical to your request. 
 

CHANGES

Any nail length/shape/colour choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move on to the next. Once your manicure is complete, we cannot go back to change your original choices.
